Fee-for-service-Options (sometimes referred to as “user pays”) are delivered by agreement of the care recipient or their family to cover the full costs of services as no Government subsidy is available. In some instances these services may be provided in addition to existing subsidised services where additional funds are available.

All types of Aged Care services can be accommodated as fee-for-service options, including:

Case Management – support to navigate through the often complex area of Aged Care Services.
Domestic Services – household chores, cleaning and meal preparation.
Personal Care – assistance with personal hygiene, grooming and dressing.
Social Support – to participate in the community and general shopping.
Transport – to appointments and planned activities.
Respite – we provide support so the main carer can attend to their own appointments and needs.
Dementia Support – extra assistance to care for people experiencing the effects of dementia.
