Presbyterian Aged Care Paddington is a multi-care needs facility located within the beautiful grounds of the old Scottish Hospital in Paddington.  It is in close proximity to Paddington shopping precincts, and St Vincent’s Hospital. It is a short walk from transport services.  There are a number of communal living areas, separate dining rooms, and activities rooms. There are outdoor areas and gardens available that provide residents with a pleasant and safe outdoor area for activities, special events such as lunches, BBQ’s, or simply for sitting and enjoying.

High Care accommodation is provided in shared three bed rooms, with en-suite bathrooms, as well as some four bed rooms and a number of single rooms with en-suite bathrooms also available.

All low care rooms are of a single size and each has their own individual en-suite bathroom.

A dedicated rehabilitation and therapy room is available on site.  

Support & assistance is available for showering, dressing, medication supervision, nursing care and personal care needs, provided by our highly qualified, dedicated and experienced care staff who are available 24 hours per day. Allied health care and multi-disciplinary services are also available.

All laundry services and meals, including specific dietary requirements are looked after, and emergency call buttons are provided in all rooms and bathrooms.

PAC focuses on designing & providing individualised care for residents to encourage independence, whilst still supporting those with higher care needs.

Paddington has been successful in engaging the services of Mobile Dental Services that is owned and operated by dentists with a special interest in disability and aged care.

The Manager of the facility Alan Godfrey had concerns about the lack of service and choice options for those living in Aged Care Facilities.
