PAC operates its seniors’ housing as retirement villages, which comply with the NSW Retirement Villages Act 1999, or equivalent ACT legislation. Residents usually pay a lump sum ingoing contribution, followed by recurrent charges, which cover the outgoings on the property, such as gardening, maintenance and common areas electricity. PAC also provides some units on a rental basis (under the Residential Tenancies Act 2010) for people unable to afford the ingoing contribution.

For up-to-date information on fees please call your local PAC Senior’s Housing office or call 02 9690 9333 and speak to a member of PAC’s staff. We will discuss these with you before any decision is made, but also suggest you seek independent legal and financial advice for some extra peace of mind.
